Tawa Room Kaiako

I am back and can’t wait to start working with the stunning group of students we have been blessed with this year.

I intend to carry on with all the fun things like basketball, Krypton Factor, cricket, etc and have plans for new and exciting adventures.

That’s right, I was born in the South Island (shock horror), grew up in Pukekohe and have been a resident of Auckland most of my adult life.

I am a fascinating result of Indian, Irish, Scottish, English and Polynesian co-mingling (according to Ancestry DNA) and fill many fun hours determining just who those people were.

I have been in teaching since 1978 and still loving it, possibly because I have also spent time as a professional entertainer, a cartage contractor, a signwriter and various other occupations.

I am married to a beautiful, talented, ridiculously hard-working woman and have one, son who towers over me both physically and intellectually. If you want to know more, please don’t hesitate to track me down before or after school, any day.
